Sideline began in 2018. Its direction has been shaped by the practical demands of rugby operations, in-stadium graphics and sports presentation.
The start of Sideline. A focus on the people working behind the match-day experience.
Involvement in URC match-day environments, connecting the needs of the sideline with presentation and production.
Involvement in Test series in South Africa, with the demands of international rugby informing Sideline’s approach.
A new identity and a focused product family: MatchDesk for operations, MatchCast for match insights and production control.
Built around the desk, the stadium screen and the production crew.
Rugby operations · Stadium presentationMatchDesk is your match-day workspace for scores, timing and player movement. MatchCast connects coaching insights, role-specific match views and scorebug and presentation control for production crews. The technical-zone view remains inside MatchDesk.
